Project Managers :  We have Project Managers with experience of around 5-6 years in software industry in requirement gathering, planning, analysis, design & implementation and development of application software, both web based and desktop.

Team Leads:  We have team leaders with excellent educational background and around 4-5 years of industry experience. we have very highly and self motivated computer professionals with quality of working with team and capability to lead.

Senior Software Engineers :  Then comes our Senior Software Engineers with an experience of 3-4 years in Project Analysis, Client Discussions, Project Plans, Timelines, R&D of Software Applications, Database Design.

Software Engineer :  Subordinates of all Project Managers, Team Leads and Senior Software Engineers are Software Engineers & Developers. With good experience of 3-4 years and good exposure to IT industry, help their seniors to get the task done as per requirement in given period of time.

Quality Assurance Engineer :  These are the Engineers with expertise in Quality Assurance Techniques with proficiency in standards and procedure development, test plan, design and development of test cases. They have excellent skills in performing Regression Performance Stress, Compatibility etc.

System Analyst :  With expertise in system/network specialist possessing with a relevant experience of more than 5 years in IT industry. Actively involved in handling systems with OS configuration, regular updation, virus scanning, program management and other system and LAN administraion and troubleshooting.

HR & Admin Managers :  To take care of employee's interest, we have specialized HR & Admin Managers. All the employee database maintenance is done by them. Bills and other regular activities are under Admin Managers. As HR Managers are known to be "Head Hunters" too with respect to the activities like maintaining leaves, payrools, attendence, bonuses, labor laws, they actively participate in recruitment too. Their main job is to get the best out of talent in the market. So they need to prepare job description, identity competencies requirement and coordinate with respective departments. All the employee management policies are taken care by HR & Admin Managers.
